What You Will Do:
As you grow in this role, you will be the heart of our spiritual ministry, helping residents, families, and staff navigate their emotional and spiritual well-being.
Provide Pastoral Support:
Conduct spiritual assessments and provide crisis counseling and ongoing emotional intervention.
Lead Worship:
Lead ecumenical services, prepare homilies, and facilitate liturgical life within the community.
Grief & Bereavement:
Accompany families through loss, providing condolence calls and participating in funeral services.
Advocacy:
Act as a bridge between residents and their local clergy, ensuring every individual's spiritual needs are respected and met. Who You Are (Qualifications): We are looking for candidates who possess a strong foundational knowledge and a deep desire to learn.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college (Required).
Training:
A Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or Pastoral Ministry is preferred; But not required.
Certification:
Currently Board Certified (NACC, APC, or ACPE) OR actively working toward certification. Heart for
