Family Minister - Full Time

Oak Grove Baptist Church, (OGB) in Bel Air, MD is prayerfully seeking a full-time Family Minister to work under the leadership of the Pastor. This ministry role will provide spiritual leadership, vision and oversight for ministries serving families, and children from birth through middle school. The Family Minister will help families know Jesus Christ, grow in biblical truth, develop a lasting foundation of gospel-centered faith and encourage families to make Christ the center of life in the home.

The ideal candidate will be theologically trained, pastorally mature, and equipped to lead a comprehensive ministry to children, middle school students and their families that is rooted in Scripture and centered on Christ. Candidates must be consistent with the biblical standards for church leadership as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. A Bachelor's degree in ministry, biblical studies, Christian education, theology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
