Job Description

Youth Pastor Bethlehem Church Position Information ✅ Build Christ-centered relationships with students and families. ✅ Teach God's Word and lead Bible studies and student events. ✅ Recruit and equip volunteers and student leaders. ✅ Partner with Youth for Christ to reach the local community. ✅ Communicate with students, parents, and volunteers. ✅ Support ministry operations, policies, and fundraising.

✅ Bachelor's degree. ✅ At least three years of ministry experience. ✅ Strong moral character and spiritual maturity. ✅ Self-motivated, organized, and relationally driven. ✅ Ability to connect effectively with students, parents, volunteers, church members, and community partners. ✅ Successful completion of a background check.
