This role focuses on offering comfort, peace, and presence during a deeply meaningful time. The schedule is flexible, averaging up to 10 hours per week, making this an ideal opportunity for a chaplain seeking part-time or supplemental work. Responsibilities Provide spiritual care and emotional support to families before and after a patient's passing. Offer grief bereavement support to families before and after a patient's passing. Serve as a compassionate presence during patient visits, actively listening and responding to patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support holistic, patient-centered care. Document chaplain visits and interventions in accordance with hospice guidelines into EMR. Experience Experience in hospice care, pastoral care, chaplaincy, or a related spiritual care setting preferred. Training or experience in grief support and end-of-life care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to support individuals from diverse spiritual, cultural, and faith backgrounds. Reliable transportation for local patient visits.

Pay:
