Compassionate presence. Come join a compassionate team dedicated to bringing comfort, guidance, and meaningful support to patients and families during end-of-life care as a full-time Hospice Chaplain. The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families receiving care in home or facility settings by addressing spiritual needs, offering compassionate guidance, and participating in interdisciplinary care planning to promote quality end-of-life care. Key Responsibilities • Conduct spiritual assessments Provide spiritual counseling and support Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Support patients, families, and caregivers Qualifications • Chaplaincy training or equivalent experience required Hospice experience preferred Field Role Requirements Active driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
