Offer prayer, scripture, reflection, rituals, and spiritual guidance based on each patient's wishes and beliefs. Help patients and families navigate grief, forgiveness, hope, reconciliation, purpose, and legacy. Support individuals from diverse faith traditions and belief systems with respect and compassion. Collaborate with nurses, social workers, hospice aides, and providers to deliver holistic end-of-life care. Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute meaningful spiritual insights. Be a calm, comforting presence during some of life's most sacred moments. What We're Looking For Chaplain, pastor, clergy member, ministry leader, or spiritual care professional with relevant experience. Experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, Healthcare Ministry, Hospital Chaplaincy, Pastoral Care, Bereavement, Counseling, Senior Care, or End-of-Life Care is highly preferred. Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills. Compassionate, emotionally mature, and comfortable supporting patients and families through difficult conversations.
