Share a story that reflects your heart for serving patients and families during life's most meaningful moments. Live Your Calling Every Day. Many ministry roles are spent preparing for Sunday. This one is lived Monday through Friday. As a Hospice Chaplain , your ministry happens in living rooms, care communities, and quiet bedside conversations. It happens when a family needs reassurance, when a patient wants someone to pray with them, or when words aren't needed at all. Our chaplains are trusted members of the interdisciplinary team whose insight is valued alongside our nurses, social workers, hospice aides, and providers. We believe caring for the spirit is just as important as caring for the body, and we give our chaplains the freedom to build authentic relationships rather than rush from visit to visit. As our organization continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact while serving with a team that shares your commitment to compassionate, whole-person care. Collaborate with nurses, social workers, hospice aides, and providers to deliver holistic end-of-life care. Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute meaningful spiritual insights. Be a calm, comforting presence during some of life's most sacred moments.
