Job Description

We are looking for a full-time associate pastor who will work under our lead pastor. It is the preference of the elders that the individual (male) is married. More information on the church website (www.churchofhopemn.org/employment) Also, feel free to reach out with any questions, thank you! Primary Roles and responsibilities
Worship Director:
. Organizes and leads teams for Sunday morning worship (weekly) . Organizes and leads teams for Wednesday night Praise and Prayer (weekly) . Organizes and leads monthly meetings with worship team (monthly) . Organizes and leads teams for Sunup Sundown (quarterly) . Organizes and leads teams for Easter VBS (annually) . Organizes and leads teams for Christmas Program (annually)
Missions & Outreach Director:
. Organizes and plans local outreaches (periodically) . Organizes and plans Abolish Abortion Ministry (twice a month) . Communicates with and promotes all COH mission's & outreach partners (regularly) . Organizes and plans mission trips (annually)
Other:
. This person will report to Lead Pastor . This person will meet regularly with Lead Pastor (weekly) . This person will participate in staff meetings (weekly) . This person will participate in Elder meetings (monthly) . This position will participate in Deacon/Deaconess meetings (as needed) Biblical Qualifications . 1 Timothy 3:1-7 . Titus 1:5-9
