Offer prayer, scripture, reflection, rituals, and spiritual guidance based on each individual's beliefs and wishes. Support patients and families through grief, loss, forgiveness, reconciliation, hope, and legacy conversations. Minister to individuals from diverse faith traditions, cultures, and belief systems with dignity and respect. Partner with nurses, social workers, hospice aides, and providers to deliver holistic end-of-life care. Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to individualized care planning. Serve as a compassionate presence during some of life's most meaningful moments. What We're Looking For Chaplain, pastor, clergy member, ministry leader, or spiritual care professional with relevant experience. Experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, Healthcare Ministry, Hospital Chaplaincy, Pastoral Care, Bereavement, Senior Care, Counseling, or End-of-Life Care is highly preferred. Ability to provide compassionate spiritual support across diverse faith traditions and belief systems. Exceptional listening, empathy, communication, and relationship-building skills.
