Job Description
The Mission Assistant is a part time, 10 hr/week role, that has the opportunity to help grow a thriving community of young professionals who are growing in relationship with Christ, his Church, and one another. This position is deeply relational—meeting young professionals where they are, listening to their stories, inviting them into deeper discipleship, and helping them discover their place in the life and mission of the Church. Working alongside the Pastoral Associate for Marriage and Young Professionals and the Associate for Mission, the Mission Assistant will help create a culture where young adults are known, welcomed, accompanied, and equipped to become missionary disciples. Through Sunday presence, one-on-one accompaniment, small groups, events, and everyday relationships, this person will help young professionals take meaningful steps toward Jesus and into the life of the parish. This is an opportunity for a practicing Catholic who is passionate about evangelization, relational ministry, and helping a new generation discover the joy of life with Christ.
