Job Description

Fee Fee Baptist Church exists to connect people to the unifying and life-transforming power of the gospel. We accomplish this mission through our values: engaging worship, transformational relationships, Scripture-centered discipleship, member-led ministry, intentional outreach, and prayer-powered action. This role oversees the youth ministry and outreach. Church Profile FFBC is an historic church in the middle of a revitalization. We currently average 250 on Sunday mornings, with 15-25 students on a weekly basis. As our entire church continues to grow and receive weekly visitors, our youth ministry is in an excellent position to thrive. We have over 60,000 lost people within a 10-minute drive of our church building. Responsibilities Oversee ministry to 6th-12th grade studentsPartner with parents to disciple their students Cultivate a culture that leads to spiritual and evangelistic growth Recruit and train a team of volunteers Coordinate youth events, such as camp and DNow Establish relationships with local middle schools and high schools Create a comprehensive discipleship strategy for our church for PreK-12th grade Coordinate with the Kids Director in discipling families Lead FFBC's outreach efforts Establish a plan for local evangelism, international missions, and strategic local and international partnerships in coordination with the Senior Pastor Plan and execute outreach events that mobilize the church into the community and around the world Qualifications Christian maturity A desire to serve the local church as an overseer An interest in revitalization ministry 3-5 years of ministry experience preferred Theological education preferred Compensation This role pays $62,000/yr in salary, housing, and retirementThis role includes health insuranceThis role includes unlimited PTO (subject to supervisor approval) This position plays a vital role in carrying out the church's mission.
