Central Baptist Church (SBC), Eureka, Missouri is prayerfully seeking a full-time Youth Minister to join our staff to lead middle and high school students to Christ while providing spiritual guidance. Eureka, MO is a suburban community with a thriving community. Central Baptist Church is filled with loving people with an average attendance of 170 each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for students and a desire to teach the Word of God and disciple young minds.

Responsibilities:

Oversee youth ministry, including Sundays and Wednesday nights Evaluate current program and create vision for youth ministry Work directly with students in a way that meets their needs for spiritual growth Recruit, train, support, and oversee volunteer leaders for youth ministry Keep parents informed of all youth ministry events Coordinate a balanced calendar, which provides for the relational and spiritual needs of students Plan regular monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities for students (D-Now, camp, game nights...etc) Manage youth ministry budget

Qualifications:

At least 1-3 years leading or assisting in youth ministry Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills Ability to manage digital presence through social media and communicate through text and email Submit resumes and statements of faith to centralpastorsearch@gmail.com
