Gashland Baptist Church is seeking a full-time "Associate pastor" to serve alongside the pastoral team in church administration, member care, preaching, and teaching. This role will provide pastoral counseling and visitation, help assimilate and disciple members, develop future leaders within the church, and share in preaching and teaching. This position needs to be filled by a man who holds the qualifications of pastor/elder/overseer as demonstrated in Titus 1:5-9 and 1 Timothy 3:1-7.

Key responsibilities include:
