Job Description
Co-Vocational Lead Pastor Opportunity Fremont Hills Baptist Church in the Nixa/Ozark Missouri area is prayerfully seeking a Spirit-led, Co-Vocational Pastor to shepherd and lead our growing congregation. We currently average 50-60 in Sunday worship and are committed to building meaningful relationships through outreach and community engagement. We are praying that God will lead the man He has already called to serve alongside our church family as we seek to make disciples and reach our community for Christ. We are looking for a pastor who is:
- Led by the Holy Spirit
- Relational and approachable
- Passionate about evangelism and reaching the local community
- Committed to leading and equipping the church for ministry Compensation is competitive and based on education and experience.
