Faith Church is on the move — and we're looking for a dynamic Campus Pastor to lead our growing West Palm Beach campus into its next season of impact! Faith Church has nine locations for our growing and thriving congregation. We're a vibrant, Spirit-filled, multi-campus church passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out their God-given purpose. Our West Palm Beach location is in one of the most exciting, diverse, and influential communities in South Florida — and we believe God has big plans for this campus! What You'll Do Lead & Shepherd
- Serve as the primary spiritual leader for the campus, pastoring the people with wisdom, compassion, and vision. Cast Vision
- Bring Faith Church's mission and culture to life in West Palm Beach through preaching, teaching, and leading with excellence. Build Teams
- Recruit, equip, and empower staff and volunteers to create thriving ministry environments. Drive Growth

- Partner with the Lead Pastor and central leadership team to ensure alignment across all campuses.
