Training/Licensure:

Certificate or degree in pastoral ministry required.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability:

Ability to work independently, make accurate, and at times, quick judgments. To be able to respond appropriately to crisis outside of the hospital setting. Acceptance of and adaptability to different social, racial, cultural and religious modes.

Experience:

Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Chaplain/Spiritual Counselor, preferred. Other Qualifications Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment. Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
