Job Description What we're looking for in a Rector Experience in a Rector and/or leadership role, specifically in leading a parish/organization through a transition of change. Strong pastoral care qualities that embody our "love your neighbor" outreach mentality as well as empower others to serve together. Commitment to preaching the Gospel and helping the parish better understand Christ's teachings and the other books of the Bible. Strong strategic leadership qualities, including clear communication, ability to delegate and empower others to use their gifts and work toward our mission, and ability to lead with confidence.
