Associate Pastor of Students Job Description Enterprise Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Students who has a genuinelove for Jesus Christ, a passion for discipling the next generation, and a heart for partneringwith parents, volunteers, and church leaders to help students become lifelong followers ofChrist. Located near beautiful Lake Gaston in Littleton, North Carolina, Enterprise BaptistChurch is committed to faithfully teaching God's Word, reaching our community with theGospel, and equipping believers to make disciples. Qualifications & Responsibilities 1. Fulfill the qualifications of Scripture outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.2. Understand and support Southern Baptist Theology and practices.3. Disciple, mentor and teach our youth during Sunday School, Sunday nights, andWednesday nights.4. Plan and incorporate ways to involve our children and youth with the entire churchbody through interactive activities.5. Organize and lead all children and youth mission projects, camps, and trips both localand afar.6. Plan, promote, and implement Vacation Bible School.7. Establish and maintain a church presence in our local schools and community.8. Oversee all Children's volunteers and Children's curriculum.9. Manage Children and Youth budgets.10.
