Senior Pastor
Job Description
The Senior pastor shall lead the congregation, organizations, committees and Church staff to perform their tasks. He is responsible to ensure all guidelines and doctrinal positions of the Church as set forth in the Bylaws are adhered to and consistent with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Mission.
