Job Description
The Pastor of Care & Discipleship is a relational pastor who knows, shepherds, and disciples the people of New Hope. This role provides leadership through pastoral care, marriage ministry, men's ministry, and intentional presence within both the church and the community while serving in a growing church with a regular attendance of over 1,000 people. Provide pastoral care through encouragement, prayer, coaching, hospital visits, and follow up. Build and develop a healthy marriage ministry. Provide vision and leadership for men's ministry. Maintain an active presence within the church and the community by building intentional relationships. Invest in the overall spiritual health of the church through shepherding and discipleship.
