Hope Fellowship Church is a growing, gospel-centered church in southern New Hampshire with a clear mission to help people Know God, Grow in Christ, and Serve with Purpose . Over the past several years, the church has grown to 800+ people, creating both momentum and opportunity for strong, intentional leadership-especially in the area of youth and family ministry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Youth & Family Pastor will provide vision, leadership, and pastoral care for middle school and high school students, while also giving strategic oversight to children s ministry . This role is about more than programming-it s about building a discipleship culture that partners with families and raises up the next generation to follow Christ.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and shepherd middle and high school students Equip and partner with parents in discipling their children Provide oversight and leadership to children s ministry Recruit, train, and develop volunteer leaders Build clear pathways for discipleship from childhood through high school Collaborate with church staff to align ministry with overall vision

We are seeking a man who: Meets the biblical qualifications for a pastor/elder (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1) Demonstrates a growing, vibrant walk with Christ Has a clear calling to next-generation ministry Is a strong leader, communicator, and developer of people Aligns with the mission, vision, and doctrine of Hope Fellowship Church Thrives in a growing, team-oriented environment
