The religion teacher will encourage our students to grow in their faith while engaging them through well-planned, interactive lessons. The successful candidate will have content expertise, a desire to reach students from diverse backgrounds and a love of sharing and nurturing faith. The faculty member must be a practicing Roman Catholic. A Bachelor's degree is required, but a master's degree in religious studies, theology, and/or religious education is preferable. The religion teacher will also have an active role in our Campus Ministry programming. Ten month faculty positions receive compensation based on a step salary scale where educational degree and professional teaching experience are the essential metrics. The salary range for the faculty position is $31,000 to $50,000. This salary range is made in good faith and believed to be true at the time of posting.
