Our previous Worship Pastor served faithfully for seven years before answering a call to another ministry. We are looking for someone who can build on a healthy foundation by leading worship with excellence while shepherding and developing our volunteer teams. This role is about more than music. We are looking for a pastor who loves people, disciples volunteers, and helps create worship environments where the congregation actively engages with God. What You'll Do Lead and plan Sunday worship services Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to create cohesive, gospel-centered gatherings Recruit, develop, and disciple worship team volunteers Build a culture that prioritizes congregational participation over performance Provide leadership and care for worship and production volunteers Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required) Experience overseeing production and technology teams Familiarity with Planning Center and church production systems Audio, video, livestream, lighting, and ProPresenter experience What We're Looking For A mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ Strong theological alignment with biblical, historic Christianity Experience leading worship in a church setting Strong vocal leadership ability Proven ability to develop and lead volunteer teams Humility, coachability, and strong relational skills Why The Gathering?
