Job Description

Youth and Children's Ministry Leader Do you have a heart for young people? Fulfill your call to children's, youth or community ministry through the Ministry Leadership Center. The Ministry Leadership Center is offering multiple positions at several locations nationwide. Trusted since 2006, MLC has helped hundreds fulfill their call to ministry with young people. We work with churches (across denominations), camps, and non-profits to help you determine where you fit best. Then, we walk alongside you as you build your ministry, offering training, education, and support so you never do it alone. Full-time position (30 hours/week). On-the-job training and education (no formal ministry experience necessary).

Previous experience working or volunteering in a ministry setting with young people (camps, youth group, afterschool programs, vacation bible school, mission trips) or a Ministry Undergraduate Degree. Enthusiasm for young people. Excitement around digging deeper into scripture and theology. Background check required.
