Job Description

Campus Pastor Valley View Retirement Community Part-Time • 2-3 days weekly • Every other Sunday Pastoral duties Valley View is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Campus Pastor to offer spiritual, religious, and personal guidance to residents, families, and team members. This meaningful role supports the emotional and spiritual well-being of our community while helping uphold the mission-centered values that define life at Valley View. What You'll Do Plan, develop, coordinate, and lead regularly scheduled worship services , including Sunday and Thursday services, memorial services, and Bible studies Provide spiritual counseling and pastoral support to residents, families, and employees Maintain a visitation program for newly admitted residents to support adjustment and well-being Coordinate with residents' personal ministers or faith leaders upon admission or change in condition, as requested Offer mealtime blessings and maintain a visible, supportive presence in the dining room Assist in planning and scheduling religious programs with community churches and organizations Support the overall spiritual life of the campus in alignment with Valley View's mission and values Required Qualifications Licensed minister in accordance with state requirements Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Valley View Two or more years of pastoral ministry experience Why Join Valley View?
