We are seeking a part-time Spiritual Care Coordinator who feels called to serve others through faith, compassion, and whole-person care. Whether supporting patients receiving hospice services or home health care, you will provide spiritual guidance, emotional support, and a comforting presence while honoring each individual's beliefs, values, and traditions. You understand that every patient's spiritual journey is unique and are committed to providing individualized support that honors their beliefs while reflecting Concordia's Christian mission.
