Job Description
Job Summary The Lead Pastor is called by God to shepherd the people of Bethel Church through the faithful ministry of God's Word, prayer, and servant leadership. As the primary teaching elder, he will faithfully proclaim the whole counsel of God, equip believers for the work of ministry, provide loving pastoral care, and lead the congregation in fulfilling Christ's mission of making disciples. Serving in partnership with the Board of Elders, the Lead Pastor will provide biblical leadership, spiritual oversight, and visionary direction while fostering a church culture that glorifies God, treasures the gospel of Jesus Christ, and encourages believers to grow in spiritual maturity, unity, and faithful service.
