While the church currently averages around 40-50 people, the vision is much bigger than the current size—and they are intentionally investing in the next generation as one of the most important areas of ministry in the church. This is not a role where you inherit a heavily programmed ministry with endless systems to maintain. This is an opportunity for a builder. A creative. Someone who loves the idea of dreaming, experimenting, and helping shape something from the ground up. The person stepping into this role will oversee ministries from birth through high school and will have significant freedom to help create the culture, strategy, and direction of Next Gen ministry moving forward.
