We are looking for a Full-Time salaried Lead Pastor for our campus location in Butler (PA), north of Pittsburgh. This is a small (growing) church location with big growth potential! We just purchased a new 12,000 sf building downtown Butler, renovated, and had a Grand Opening in March 2022. We plan to also hire (with your direction) a PT worship leader (honorarium), PT Ministry Assistant/Kid Experience leader (honorarium), and lots of recent first-time guests with more almost every week. CE Butler is part of a church based in Dunedin, FL (Tampa area). This is a campus pastor type role that we treat much like a Lead Pastor role. Church Experience is a dynamic, 10 year old church, that is passionate about our vision of being 'one church with many experiences'. Our local Lead Pastors preach 70% or more of the time (up to 30% on video from the Central Campus)!
