Job Opening:
Administrative Asst. to Pastor Reports to : Pastor 40 hours a week We are looking to hire someone to work as the Administrative Assistant to the Pastor in the Parish Office.
Responsibilities of that position include:
assisting Father Wilson with his calendar, meetings and appointments; assisting with marriage preparation, initial paperwork, coordinating marriage preparation; coordinating funerals, working with the families of the deceased; assisting couples with Decrees of Nullity; coordinating special events for the Pastor; and other duties as assigned. This will be a forty hour per week position. We welcome applicants who are organized, dependable, compassionate, and able to work professionally and confidentially in a parish setting.
