Job Description
LBC is seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a full-time Middle School Director. In this role, you will be pivotal in guiding our 6th-8th grade students through meaningful discipleship programs, working closely with the Next Generation Team to form a cohesive ministry to families. You will also play a key role in supporting the overall vision of the church. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent relational abilities, and relevant experience in a large church ministry setting.
