The position is held by someone who is gifted in worship leadership, administrative skills, and people skills. They must have the heart of a pastor and the intuitive ability to manage systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Worship Leadership Instill a standard of excellence and a spiritual intensity in the worship team Oversee the planning of musical elements for weekly services Direct the musical execution of weekly services Lead the band through worship rehearsal Recruit, train, and maintain a volunteer worship team Oversee the scheduling of worship and production volunteers Oversee the scheduling, execution, and quality of campus Student Ministry Worship, whether through weekly coaching and mentoring of a Worship Resident or high-capacity volunteer, or personally leading worship for Student services and events Campus Leadership Assist the Campus Pastor in creating a healthy campus environment Carry leadership intensity and pastoral authority within the campus Be available for campus pastoral ministry as needed Attend monthly All Staff meeting Weekly Workflow Monday-Thursday Recruit worship and production volunteers Planning of musical elements of weekly service Own Planning Center Scheduling worship & production volunteers Update Sunday service plans Weekly 1 on 1 meeting (Development & Equipping) Weekly Service Programming Meeting Sunday Lead rehearsal, talk through, & run through 9AM & 11AM services Sundays include following up on responsibilities worked on during the week Recruiting worship & production volunteers Auditions Production trainings

Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior Commitment to personal spiritual growth Models standards and expectations of leaders within 12Stone Church Must attend 12
Stone Church Experience:
College Degree preferred Experience in a volunteer development culture One to three years' experience in ministry or church vocational work is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality Experience in organizing multiple projects and events Organized; flexible; able to Multitask Exemplary oral & written skills Subject to the Constitution of the United States and all applicable state and federal laws, 12Stone Church does not discriminate in the administration and dissemination of its programs and services.
