Job Description
Dixie Hills Baptist Church in Bolivar, TN is prayerfully seeking its next full-time Senior Pastor to provide biblical leadership, lead our congregation, and guide the church in fulfilling the Great Commission. The successful candidate must affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 and be in agreement with our church's Constitution and Covenant. Our church holds a traditional understanding of salvation, affirming both God's sovereignty and man's responsibility to respond freely to reject or accept the gospel. We are seeking a pastor whose preaching and teaching reflect these convictions. Candidates must be ordained within the Southern Baptist tradition. The pastor must demonstrate a commitment to the preaching of God's word, discipleship, pastoral care, community engagement, and outreach ministries. We are seeking a Godly man who models humility, integrity, and a passion for equipping the church for ministry.
