Job Description Christ Church Episcopal in South Pittsburg, TN seeks a spiritual leader to join us as Priest-in-Charge. As we celebrate with excitement our 150th year of ministry this year, we are looking for a pastor, priest, and teacher, someone ready to join us in living out our mission: "To know Christ and to make Christ known." Our next priest will help keep us grounded and realistic about what we can accomplish, while also helping us set ambitious goals about engaging our community as it grows around us. We are ready to serve, and we are looking for someone to walk alongside us gently, to equip us for ministry and continue to teach us how to respond to God's call. Located in the Sequatchie Valley, halfway between the vibrant city of Chattanooga and the mountaintop town of Sewanee (home of the University of the South), we know how blessed we are that our lovely, historic church is in a place of such natural beauty-and the people moving here know that, as well.
