We are seeking a gifted, spiritually mature Part-Time Worship Leader to help build a Christ-centered, congregational worship ministry from the ground up. Our mission is to help people discover their place and purpose in God s Kingdom through life in Christ. We want to be a church marked by the joy of our salvation, genuine friendship, hospitality, and a shared excitement about seeing people come to know and follow Jesus. We are looking for someone who sees worship not simply as music, but as an opportunity to help a congregation delight in God, celebrate the gospel, and grow together in faith.

Commensurate with experience The Worship Leader will help shape the worship ministry as we prepare for launch, including developing the team, selecting music, leading rehearsals, and creating gatherings that are biblically grounded, Christ-centered, musically excellent, genuinely congregational, and filled with the joy of worshiping together. What You ll Do Lead worship during preview services and weekly Sunday gatherings after launch. Plan worship sets in coordination with the pastors and teaching calendar. Recruit, develop, schedule, and shepherd volunteer musicians and vocalists. Lead rehearsals and establish healthy systems for the worship ministry. Select music that is theologically sound and well suited for congregational singing. Foster a culture of musical excellence, joyful participation, and genuine community. Collaborate with church leadership on special services and the broader worship life of the church. Help create a team culture where people enjoy serving together, build meaningful relationships, and invite others into the life of the church. Who We re Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has a mature Christian faith and clear commitment to Jesus Christ. Demonstrates strong character, humility, reliability, and spiritual maturity. Is a capable vocalist and instrumentalist, preferably able to lead from guitar or keyboard. Has experience leading congregational worship. Can recruit, lead, and develop volunteer musicians. Values Scripture, sound theology, prayer, and the historic Christian faith. Understands worship leadership as a pastoral responsibility, not merely a musical role. Brings warmth, energy, and a genuine love for people. Enjoys building relationships and creating a team culture people want to be part of.
