Job Description
The Pastor of Disciple-Making and Care leads the church's discipleship, small groups, missions, and pastoral care ministries to help people live restored through the gospel to be and to multiply disciples of Jesus. He equips leaders, teaches the Scriptures, mobilizes believers for mission, and fosters biblical community meaningful discipleship and care. He provides pastoral counseling and shepherding, coordinates care with staff and deacons, and leads the church's discipleship pathways and small group life. Job Description
