Job Description

NOW HIRING PART-TIME YOUTH DIRECTOR

Scotsdale Baptist Church - El Paso, Texas Scotsdale Baptist Church is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and bilingual Youth Director to lead and develop our ministry to middle school and high school students.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be fluent in English and Spanish Strong Christian faith and commitment to serving the Lord Genuine passion for teenagers and their spiritual development Experience working with youth and/or in student ministry preferred Ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families Ability to recruit, train, encourage, and coordinate adult volunteers Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to plan youth Bible studies, gatherings, activities, retreats, and outreach events Must be willing to complete a background check

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership and vision for the Youth Ministry Lead and coordinate weekly youth gatherings and Bible studies Encourage students to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ Develop discipleship opportunities for middle and high school students Recruit, train, and encourage youth ministry volunteers Build relationships with students and their families Plan youth activities, retreats, outreach events, and special programs Create a welcoming, safe, and Christ-centered environment Communicate regularly with parents, volunteers, and church leadership
