Arc Hospice & Palliative Care is hiring PRN Hospice Chaplains to join our interdisciplinary hospice team serving patients and families throughout Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities . As a Hospice Chaplain, you will provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients and families navigating serious illness and end-of-life care. You will help patients find comfort, meaning, dignity, and peace while respecting their individual beliefs, traditions, and wishes. What You'll Do Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized care plans Visit patients in homes, facilities, and inpatient settings Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team (IDG) Provide prayer, rituals, sacraments, or spiritual support based on patient preferences Support grief, bereavement, life review, and legacy activities Coordinate with community clergy and spiritual leaders when requested Document patient visits and spiritual care in the EMR Support patients and families of all faiths, beliefs, cultures, and backgrounds What We're Looking For Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, Pastoral Counseling, or related field Minimum of 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Ordination, commissioning, or endorsement by a recognized faith group Hospice or healthcare chaplain experience preferred Understanding of grief and bereavement Strong communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Arc? Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
