Full Job Description Leadership Residency Mission:
The Christ Chapel Leadership Residency (CCLR) is designed for those seeking to explore vocational ministry in a dynamic, hands-on environment. Throughout the program, residents will experience ministry from the perspective of diverse teams, applying their unique gifts to impactful projects. With our approach, the residency helps each participant discover their specific calling and strengths within ministry.
Christ Chapel's Mission:
"To stretch every involved person from the threshold of their spiritual pilgrimage toward becoming a fully developing follower of Christ" (Col 1:28-29).
Role's Reporting Relationship :
This position reports directly to the Director of Leadership Residency.
Position Type:
Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Program Commitment:
The CCLR program requires a commitment of 25 hours per week, beginning June 1, 2027 and concluding May 30, 2028. Approximately 20 hours each week will be spent working with your ministry team, with 5 additional hours dedicated to residency classes. Ministry Pathways Throughout the application process, residents are paired with one of fourteen unique ministry pathways, each with a dedicated coach, to engage with throughout the duration of the residency program. These ministry pathways are designed to develop and disciple residents through specific, semester goals.
