The role We are seeking a Spiritual Guide to support the Life Connections Program at Carswell Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an opportunity to use your experience and faith-based perspective in a role where your guidance can have a meaningful impact on participants. You will work closely with the Program Chaplain and wider team, supporting adults in a community-based environment and helping them develop practical skills while progressing personally and spiritually. The position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities You will:

Lead and guide participants in classroom or community-based settings, with a focus on practical life skills. Support participants with their personal and spiritual development. Work alongside the Life Connections Program Chaplain and other team members. Help develop and assess the effectiveness of the program. Attend team discussions and meetings relating to the services provided.
