Job Description

Are you passionate about leading people into God's presence through worship? Do you love building teams, planning engaging worship experiences, and helping a church grow in its love for Jesus? Joshua Methodist Church is looking for a Worship Leader who can create an atmosphere where people encounter God through music. If that sounds like you, keep reading!

What You'll Do:

Lead worship for Sunday services and special events. Plan and organize worship experiences in collaboration with the pastor and team. Recruit, develop, and encourage musicians and vocalists. Select biblically sound songs that engage the congregation. Work with the tech team to ensure smooth and distraction-free worship.

A growing, personal relationship with Jesus. Strong musical and vocal ability. Experience leading worship in a church setting. A heart for teamwork and discipleship. The ability to adapt and stay flexible when things don't go as planned.
