Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Worship Pastor will lead the church in Christ-centered, biblically faithful, musically excellent worship . This role may be part-time or full-time , depending on the candidate s calling, gifting, and ministry capacity and has housing provided. The Worship Pastor will shepherd the congregation through worship, disciple volunteers, and support the overall mission of the church.

QUALIFICATIONS A

clear testimony of salvation and a growing walk with Christ Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 A heart for shepherding , not just performing Musical proficiency (vocals and/or instruments) Ability to lead a team with humility and clarity Strong communication and organizational skills If full-time: willingness to assist in additional ministry areas (youth, media, discipleship, pastoral care) Housing is available.
