Oversee the A/V parts of worship. This includes recruiting and training media technicians (sound, video) on how to run sound, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions, and provide or schedule A/V personnel for special events at FHBC.Take on the ongoing leadership of the Sunday School ministry.
Recruit, train, and support all volunteer leaders. This includes implementing curriculum, establishing regular communication, and giving guidance to classes for their ultimate success as an essential gathering of FH.Lead adult community groups.
Encourage and assist adults in getting into Community Groups. This includes the implementation of the on-ramp process, checking in with ongoing CGs, working to create new CGs, and resourcing CGs with materials.
Assist in Adult EducationAssist the Executive Pastor of Ministries in the development and facilitation of adult education opportunities at FH. This includes regular Wednesday night services as well as any other special conferences or retreatsProvide support in group-specific adult areas.
Assist the Executive Pastor of Ministries in the development and facilitation of group-specific events and support. This includes helping support recovery programs, curating ministry for Legacy Members (55+), and working alongside the rest of staff to create unique experiences for Men and Women.

The purposes of the Worship & Adult Ministry Director (WAMD) are to develop and implement a worship ministry for FHBC. The WAMD is expected to help other ministries incorporate worship into their areas. The WAMD is to develop and implement ministry for adults at Fredonia Hill that aligns with the vision, strategy, and values of Fredonia Hill. Listed below are the primary areas of focus for the position.Worship Style:
The worship style at Fredonia Hill is modern and contemporary. Our worship band leads worship without the addition of a choir or orchestra.Areas of Focus:
Oversee all music ministry at FHBC (children, youth, college, adults, etc)Collaboratively work with staff to plan, evaluate, and execute the worship services. This includes helping to design and lead worship services at FHBC, recruiting, training, and developing current and future worship team members, construct and manage the worship ministry budget,Supervise the Worship Ministry and its ancillary parts.Oversee the A/V parts of worship.
