ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life, honoring each person's individual beliefs and traditions. Reporting to the Clinical Director, this role works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the spiritual dimension of care is met with the same attention as the physical and emotional. What You'll Do Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized spiritual care plans Provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers Participate in interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings and contribute to plan of care reviews Support patients, families, and staff through grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Pastoral Care, or related field Prior experience in hospice, healthcare, or pastoral chaplaincy preferred Calm, steady presence that brings comfort in moments of crisis Genuine warmth and empathy, without being intrusive High emotional intelligence and self-awareness Patient and unhurried, even in emotionally heavy situations Bilingual/Spanish We are proud to offer a competitive and supportive benefits package for our hospice team members, including: Free Company-Paid Medical Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA)

$50,000.00
  • $60,000.
