Here at Calvary, we are seeking a married couple to come and shepherd our teens to the Lord. We are looking for a man of God who meets the requirements of 1 Timothy 3:2-7. It is essential that the applicant be able to take credit for their actions and be willing to grow from mistakes because mistakes happen. Though it is not required, it is desired for musical abilities to be numbered on the skill set of our applicants. We would like for you to have completed a four-year college degree. We have an amazing set of workers who are dedicated to serving the Lord by serving our teens. Leading these people well is a must as you organize them in a structure to effectively disciple our teens as a well-operating team. This position is one of understanding the dynamic of a team mentality with our staff and available to serve across all ministries of the church with a cheerful heart. Preaching and teaching the Bible not only to teens but also to the adults and effectively sharing your testimony of how Christ saved you will be a regular practice while working at Calvary. Your first ministry is to your family, so we will be looking for a man who leads his house well, and that includes the care and shepherding of his family.
