REQUIREMENTS

Evident and growing relationship with Jesus Christ Clear calling to vocational student ministry Agreement with the beliefs, mission, and vision of Crossroads Baptist Church Bachelor's degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, Student Ministry, or related field preferred Seminary training beneficial but not required Minimum of 3-5 years of student ministry experience Demonstrated experience leading volunteers and developing leaders Proven ability to communicate biblical truth to students of varying spiritual maturity Strong organizational, leadership, and relational skills Experience planning and executing student ministry events and discipleship initiatives Applicants will only be considered for this position with a minimum of 3 years working in Student Ministry and extensive experience recruiting and retaining volunteers OR experience working in a megachurch ecosystem.
