Job Description The Director of Youth Ministry will create, coordinate, and lead a comprehensive ministry for youth in grades 6-12 as part of a joint ministry between The Falls Church Episcopal and Dulin United Methodist Church. The Director will collaborate with the clergy and staff of both parishes and report to the Director of Formation and Family Ministries at The Falls Church and the Pastor of Dulin United Methodist Church. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and multi-day summer trips. The Falls Church will employ the Director, with benefits through the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia. The successful candidate must pass a background check and complete the Episcopal Church Safeguarding and United Methodist Safe Sanctuary training programs. This new partnership offers an exciting opportunity to build a youth ministry from the ground up with the full support of both congregations' clergy and formation teams.
