About Redemption Church Fifteen years ago, Redemption Church began as a church transplant in a high school auditorium. Today, it stands in a brand-new, purpose-built facility in the heart of Duvall-a vibrant symbol of growth, renewal, and vision. In just the past year, the church has experienced exciting momentum: consistent growth, new staff hires, and a deepening impact in the community. This is more than a job-it s a chance to help define the worship culture of a church that is primed for growth, in a brand-new space, surrounded by a team that s eager to dream big and serve well. About Duvall, WA Duvall is nestled in a peaceful valley beside the Snoqualmie River, Duvall is a charming suburb just east of Seattle. It offers the best of both worlds: a small-town feel with close-knit community vibes, and proximity to the energy and innovation of the city. Ministry Vibe & Theological Culture Redemption is non-denominational, but our theological culture is richly diverse. We re perhaps better described as a multi-denominational community where Arminians and Calvinists, tongue-speakers and cessationists, young-earth creationists and theistic evolutionists, worship side by side. Our priority is to be like Jesus and take the Bible seriously. We believe the ancient creeds of Nicaea and the Apostles are foundational, and everything beyond that is open for thoughtful conversation. Our teaching pastor is a self-proclaimed book nerd with an eclectic academic diet-so come ready to think deeply and laugh often. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of Sunday worship (music, sound, lights, stage design, etc.) Create meaningful and creative services where people can encounter Jesus Recruit, train, develop, shepherd, and lead a team of volunteers Provide vision and direction for worship and tech ministry Skills & Competencies Passion for Jesus and worship Strong vocal and instrumental skills (able to lead with guitar or keyboard) Comfortable with technology (backing tracks, Planning Center, etc.) Strong communicator on and off the platform Able to lead and direct band and singers Understanding of tech tools (ProPresenter, Planning Center, digital boards, tracks) A genuine love for people and strong leadership skills Team player who can also work independently Education & Experience Proven experience leading worship with excellence Lifelong learner who stays current on trends in worship, tech, and church culture If you're ready to help shape the future of worship at Redemption Church and be part of a team passionate about Jesus, people, and the city, we d love to hear from you. www.iamRC.org To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and a video sample of you leading worship.
