Job Description

Youth & Young Adult Pastor (Combined Role) We are seeking a passionate, relational, and spiritually mature leader to serve in a combined role as our Youth Pastor and Young Adult Pastor. This position will provide leadership, discipleship, and vision for students (middle school-high school) and young adults (post-high school through mid-20s).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly youth and young adult services/gathering Develop and disciple student and young adult leaders Plan and oversee events, small groups, and outreach opportunities Partner with parents and volunteers to build a strong support system Teach biblical truth in an engaging and relevant way Help guide students and young adults in their faith journey and life decisions
Qualifications:
A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree) required Strong communication and relational skills Experience in youth or young adult ministry preferred Ability to lead volunteers and build teams A heart for discipling the next generation Check us out on www.lpchurch.com
