Olympia, Washington Highly Favored Community Church is seeking a gifted and energetic Worship Leader / Worship Experience Leader who is skilled musically, familiar with gospel music, and able to help create a joyful, celebratory worship atmosphere each Sunday. We are looking for more than a singer. We want someone who can become part of the culture and environment of our ministry—someone warm, engaging, team-minded, and aligned with our mission of loving Jesus, following Jesus, and serving others.

What We're Looking For:

Strong vocal ability and confident stage presence Familiarity with gospel artists/styles such as John P. Kee, Marvin Sapp, Kirk Franklin, Kim Burrell and similar praise/celebration sounds Ability to lead upbeat, encouraging worship that engages people Friendly personality with the ability to greet people, connect, shake hands, and be present with the church family Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Team spirit and willingness to embrace the mission and vision of the church

Schedule:

Sunday Worship Service:

12:00 PM - 1:15 PM Must arrive by 11:00 AM each Sunday Rehearsals 1-2 times per month

Church Environment:

Growing congregation of approximately 50-60 people Warm, family-oriented atmosphere Opportunity to grow with the ministry and increase compensation over time

Additional Details:

60-day probationary / trial period Church membership is not required, but we are looking for someone who will genuinely connect and participate with the ministry community If you are gifted, dependable, and looking for an opportunity to help build something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.
