Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Construction Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the successful execution of residential construction projects by assisting with various on-site tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building construction while working alongside skilled professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality homes. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to the creation of beautiful, functional living spaces. Duties Visit active job sites regularly to observe and document progress, learn to track schedules, and help identify issues early. Support the Field Manager in coordinating and communicating with superintendants across multiple job sites. Help prepare and maintain project schedules, punch lists, and daily/weekly reports. Take notes and follow up on action items from site walks and team meetings. Step in on various tasks as needed -- this role covers a lot of ground. Skills Strong interest in construction management and a genuine desire to grow into a Superintendent role. Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once. Strong clear communication skills. Comfortable spending significant time on active job sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior experience in residential construction, homebuilding, or a related field is a plus but not required - we priortize attitude, work ethic and coachability. Proficiency with basic office software; familiarity with scheduling or project management tools is a bonus. Join us in creating exceptional residential spaces!
